CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH – December 1 – National Eat a Red Apple Day

This is a simple and easy recipe.  You can change out any ingredient that you want.  A great way to celebrate National Eat a Red Apple Day.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together.  If needed add some additional mayonnaise and/or spices.
  2. Lightly toast the bread then spread 1/4 of the mixture on a slice then serve.
