- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl add the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spray the cooking spray in an 8×8 inch glass pan. Place the chicken in the glass pan and cover the chicken with the artichoke mixture.
- Bake until chicken is done, about 30 minutes.
