- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chili sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound bacon

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a microwave safe bowl add the oats and milk. Follow the instructions on the oats package.
- In a large bowl add the oatmeal, ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well
- Place in a glass bread pan. top with the bacon. Bake for 45-60 minutes until done. Drain excess grease and serve.
