CHICKEN CASHEW PASTA
This is a really simple but tasty Chicken Cashew Pasta recipe. A great way to add cashews and cranberries to a meal. Perfect for National Cashew Day and National Eat A Cranberry Day.

Ingredients
8 oz of penne pasta
1 cup cooked chicken breast, cut into ½ inch pieces
½ cup seedless red grapes, quartered
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup plus ¼ cup salted cashews
½ cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the pasta, chicken, grapes, cranberries, ½ cup cashews, ranch dressing.
- Serve and top with the remaining cashews
