- 1 cup provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
- 4 tablespoons butter

- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Mix the cheeses and wine in a bowl.
- Put ½ tablespoon butter on one side of the bread and place butter side down on the pan.
- Put ¼ of the cheese mixture on the bread
- Put ½ tablespoon butter on one side of the bread and place on top of the cheese mixture, butter side up.
- Repeat with the remaining sandwiches. Put a cake pan upside down over the frying pan to help heat the cheese without burning the bread.
- Turn sandwiches over when the bread is golden brown – 5-8 minutes each side.
