Ingredients
- 2 ½ cup milk
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cup whipping cream
Instructions
- Heat milk in a double boiler, add syrup, and eggs, then cook, stirring continually until the custard thickens, but do not let boil.
- Let the mixture cool then add the whipping cream and freeze.
