CAPPUCCINO – November 8 – National Cappuccino Day

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons coffee grounds
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the coffee and water to a coffee maker and brew to make a strong coffee.  
  2. Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe cup add the milk and sugar.  Cook for 1 minute.  Put the milk mixture in a blender and blend until you have a fluffy foam, about 1 minute.
  3. Using ¾ cup of the strong coffee pour into a cup and top with the frothy milk.

Notes

You can reduce the sugar and calories by using an artificial sweetener.
