ROAST BEEF SANDWICH – November 3 – National Sandwich Day

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 4 oz roast beef slices

Instructions

Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing on each slice of bread.  Place the swiss cheese on one slice and the roast beef on the other.  Put the slices together and cut diagonally.

NOTE: This is my favorite sandwich.
