- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 pound lump crabmeat, flaked
- Cooking spray
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl add the breadcrumbs, cornstarch, egg, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and white pepper. Mix well then add the crabmeat and carefully fold the crabmeat in.
- Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place 1/4 of the stuffing in each fillet, fold over and place in the baking dish folded side down. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each filet
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with the lemon wedges.
