- 3 cups orange juice
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 15-ounce can mandarin oranges, reserve juice
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat add the orange juice. Stirring occasionally reduce to 2 cups juice. Add the sugar, juice of the mandarin oranges, and cornstarch. Whisk constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add the mandarin oranges and the vanilla. Stir and serve immediately.
