Ingredients

 

  • 6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped

  • ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

  • ½ medium white onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon cilantro or parsley, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients together.  Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 30+ minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
