- In a small bowl add the eggs and salt. Using a fork mix until the eggs are beaten.

- In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and breadcrumbs

- Frying:

- If pan frying place ½ cup of oil in a skillet over high heat.
- If deep frying put 1-2 inches of oil in a large pot over high heat.

- Frying:

- Dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, then the flour mixture.

- If pan frying place the shrimp in the oil until the first side is golden brown, turn and cook until the second side is golden brown.
- If deep frying carefully place the shrimp in the oil and fry until golden brown.
