- 1 – 1 ½ cups cooked chicken (or you could use your leftover turkey)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ¼ – ½ red onion, diced
- 1 red apple, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 8 slices of bread
- and pepper. If needed add some additional mayonnaise and/or spices.
- Lightly toast the bread and then serve.
