AUNT MAREA’S CRANBERRY SALAD – November 23 – National Eat a Cranberry Day
This is my Aunt Marea’s Cranberry Salad recipe. She has made this for years and years!
NOTE: I am posting it on the 22nd because it needs to sit overnight. National Eat A Cranberry Day is November 23rd.

Ingredients
- 1 package cranberries
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ½ pound marshmallows
- ½ pound grapes, cut in half
- 1 cup whipped cream
- nuts
Instructions
- Grind the cranberries and add to the sugar. Let the mixture stand overnight
- Next day add the marshmallows, cut grapes, and whipped cream. Fold in and add nuts
