COLA COUNTRY HAM – October 30 – Go Hog Wild – Eat Country Ham Month

Ingredients:

  • 1 country ham
  • Oven bag or aluminum foil
  • 2 cups of cola
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Move oven rack to lowest position and preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large pan, place the ham in an oven bag and pour the cola over the ham.  Sprinkle the black pepper over the ham.  

Bake for 3-4 hours.
