DIRTY MARTINI WITH BLEU CHEESE STUFFED OLIVES – October 9 – National Moldy Cheese Day

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • Bleu cheese crumbles
  • 6 green olives
  • 2 small skewers
  • Splash of Dry Vermouth
  • Ice
  • 5 ounces Vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounce green olive juice

Instructions:

Stuff the bleu cheese into the olives.  Put 3 stuffed olives on each skewer.  In each martini glass add a splash of vermouth and fill with ice, set aside.  In a cocktail shaker add the vodka, olive juice and a half cup of ice.  Shake until the vodka is chilled.  Empty the martini glasses into the sink then strain the vodka mixture into each glass. Place to olives on skewers into the glasses and serve.
