Ingredients
- 4 hoagie rolls (or small Italian bread loaf)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 8 slices of genoa salami
- 8 slices of sliced honey ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ head of coarsely shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- ½ medium red onion sliced
- 4 pepperoncini peppers, drained, seeded, and sliced (optional)
Instructions
Slice the rolls and drizzle with olive oil. Layer the salami, ham, cheeses. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and peppers.
